Italian Gold Chains, Made in Italy
Lucano's Italian gold chains are crafted in Italy in 9ct and 18ct solid gold — never plated or filled. Each chain is made from solid, ethically sourced gold and finished to sit beautifully on its own or layered with pendants. Shop classic Italian links — Catenina (cable), Capezzina (figaro), Grumetta (curb), Serpente (snake) and Venetian (rope) — for everyday wear or a considered stack.
9ct vs 18ct solid gold
9ct gold contains 37.5% pure gold (hallmarked 375) and is harder and more affordable, making it ideal for chains worn every day. 18ct gold contains 75% pure gold (hallmarked 750) for a richer colour and greater purity. Every Lucano chain is solid gold throughout, so it won't wear away or discolour like plated pieces.
Classic Italian chain styles
Catenina (cable) offers the finest, most delicate link, and Capezzina (figaro) alternates long and short links for visible rhythm; Grumetta (curb) and Venetian (rope) bring structure and shine; Serpente (snake) sits smooth and fluid against the skin. Pair a finer chain with one of our pendants, or add a bracelet in a matching link.

Ethical gold, Italian craftsmanship
From Rome to Byron Bay, every piece is made with ethically sourced gold and the transparency the jewellery industry too often lacks — solid gold you can trust, made to last a lifetime.
